The Senior Executive – Warehouse will oversee pharmaceutical warehouse operations, inventory management, material control, documentation review, and regulatory compliance. The role involves supervising warehouse teams, ensuring accurate stock management, maintaining GMP‑compliant storage practices, coordinating cross‑functional material movement, supporting audits, and improving warehouse efficiency while ensuring product quality and traceability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise complete warehouse operations including material receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and dispatch.
• Ensure all warehouse processes follow GMP, GDP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review GRNs, stock records, dispensing documents, reconciliation sheets, and ERP entries.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and temperature‑sensitive items.
• Manage segregation and status control of quarantine, approved, rejected, returned, and expired materials.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, production, purchase, planning, and logistics teams for timely material availability.
• Supervise dispensing activities and ensure material issuance as per batch manufacturing and packing requirements.
• Control printed packing material storage, issuance, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, material damages, and warehouse deviations.
• Support CAPA, change control, risk assessment, and warehouse QMS documentation.
• Train warehouse staff on GMP, material handling, documentation, safety, and ERP processes.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining warehouse cleanliness, labeling, traceability, and documentation accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization, material flow, and inventory control practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and compliance.
