Job summary

Zippee is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end operations at the Sonipat, Haryana FC. You will drive key projects across warehouses, design efficient layouts, and define SOPs to improve productivity. This in-person role requires hands-on FMCG operations experience and strong SAP knowledge.

You will lead vendor coordination, rollout processes, and expansion of micro-fulfillment centers, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment in NCR/Gurgaon area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
• 6-10 years in WH Management with process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; ability to manage teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
• Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
• Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and manpower to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
• Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination to go-live.
• Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.
