Job Description

• We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end Operations for Warehouses in Haryana.
• Incredible opportunity to drive meaningful impact in Operations at a high-growth quick commerce startup.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC and will involve significant travel to different locations across India. You must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers pan-India, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
• Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
• Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
• Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live.
• Must have hands‑on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.
• Forecast manpower requirements and build staffing models across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with SAP.
• 6–8 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands‑on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders independently.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment and willingness to travel for ground-level execution.
