Job summary

Zippee is seeking a Senior Manager - Central Operations to lead high-impact initiatives across quick commerce and logistics in India. You will manage key operational programs, launch projects across India, improve efficiency, and ensure SLA adherence at scale.

This high-ownership role requires strong analytics, on-ground execution, and collaboration with Product, Tech, and Finance teams to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Launch and manage quick commerce projects across India, including dark stores and last-mile delivery initiatives.
• Drive process excellence across fulfilment, logistics, and dark store operations.
• Track and improve key metrics including TAT, SLA adherence, throughput, and cost-per-order.
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and City Operations teams.
• Travel on-ground to support launches, audits, and expansion projects.

• We are looking for ambitious Senior Managers - Central Operations to lead high-impact projects across quick commerce and logistics.
• This is a high-ownership role designed for future business leaders. You will manage key operational initiatives, launch projects across India, improve efficiency, reduce cost-per-order, and ensure SLA adherence at scale.

What you will do:

• Launch and manage quick commerce projects across India, including dark stores and last-mile delivery initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Ecommerce, or Quick Commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to execute on the ground.

Bonus Points:
