Job summary

Zippee is hiring an Assistant Manager- SCM to design credible, scalable supply chain solutions for prospective clients during the sales process — and then own implementation. You will work closely with the sales team, engaging directly with SCM Heads, CEOs, and MDs to understand warehousing, quick commerce, and last-mile challenges and translate them into solutions that Zippee can deliver.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Graduate with SCM/Project management certification.
• 3–5 years' experience in warehousing & SCM.
• BYOD: you must have your own laptop.

Responsibilities

• Experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, and TQM.
• Identified process gaps, conducted root cause analysis, and implemented corrective actions.
• Developed and monitored KPIs, SOPs, process maps, and improvement frameworks.
• Analyzed and optimized supply chain, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Worked closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in AutoCAD 2D & 3D design, including warehouse layout planning, space optimization, and process flow design.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations.

• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
