Job summary

Zippee, Gurgaon HQ, is hiring an Assistant Manager- Supply Chain to design scalable supply chain solutions for prospective clients during the sales process and then own implementation. This in-person role requires engaging with SCM Heads, CEOs, and MDs to address warehousing, quick commerce, and last-mile challenges with Zippee capabilities.

The position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where high standards and rapid execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in process design, implementation and continuous improvement of operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO and TQM methodologies.
• Identified process gaps, conducted root cause analysis and implemented corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Design credible, scalable supply chain solutions for prospective clients during the sales process and own implementation.
• Work with SCM Heads, CEOs, and MDs to understand warehousing, quick commerce, and last-mile needs and translate them into deliverable Zippee solutions.
• Operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment to move the mission forward.

Job Description

• We're hiring an Assistant Manager- Supply Chain to design credible, scalable supply chain solutions for prospective clients during the sales process — and then own implementation.
• You will work closely with the sales team, engaging directly with SCM Heads, CEOs, and MDs to understand their warehousing, quick commerce, and last-mile challenges and translate them into solutions that Zippee can deliver.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
