Job summary

Zippee is expanding its HR team with Human Resource Executives (2-5 years of experience) to make Zippee: The Best Place to Work At. If selected, you’ll take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, performance, and exits, while helping shape the culture of one of India’s fastest-scaling VC-backed Quick Commerce startups.

This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or MBA HR preferred.
• 2–5 years of HR experience in a startup or similar environment.
• Strong communication, analytical skills and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations across recruiting, onboarding and exits.
• Design JD questions and assessments for hiring.
• Lead employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Run payroll, compliance and benefits with precision.
• Forecast hiring needs in alignment with business growth.

Job Description

• We're expanding our HR team with Human Resource Executives (2-5 years of experience) to make Zippee: The Best Place to Work At.
• If selected, you’ll take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, performance, and exits, while helping shape the culture of one of India’s fastest-scaling VC-backed Quick Commerce startups.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.

• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs in sync with business growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations (preferably at a startup).
• Sharp judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to influence across levels.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; you know how to push when needed.
• High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic startup environment.
• Must have own laptop.
