Job summary

Zippee is seeking a hands-on Operations Support Associate for our Gurgaon HQ. This in-person role requires strong problem solving, clear communication, and 0-2 years in technical/operations support.

You will track delivery SLAs, coordinate with Operations, Technology, Warehouse and City Teams, and help resolve issues to keep our dark-store network humming. WMS experience with EasyEcom/Unicommerce/Vinculum and your own laptop are needed.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical or operations support.
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms like EasyEcom, Unicommerce, Vinculum.
• Must have your own laptop.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage delivery SLAs, order fulfillment, tickets, issue resolution, client satisfaction, and account growth metrics to ensure service excellence
• Monitor day-to-day operations through performance dashboards and coordinate with Operations, Technology, Warehouse, and City Teams to resolve delivery issues in real time
• Build strong, proactive relationships with client POCs, share performance insights, handle escalations, and drive client retention and expansion
• Identify process gaps and operational bottlenecks, recommend continuous improvement initiatives
• In-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ

Job Description:

• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.

• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical or operations support (e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms like EasyEcom, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
• NOTE: You must have your own laptop.
