Job summary

Salve Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to independently manage multiple warehouses and stores and oversee end-to-end logistics and e-commerce fulfilment operations.

The role covers inventory management, warehouse operations, dispatch, returns, and coordination with e-commerce platforms, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and staff supervision across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or e-commerce operations.
• Experience managing multiple warehouses and stores.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfilment and marketplace operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; ERP/WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple warehouses and stores.
• Coordinate stock requirements, replenishment and stock transfers with store teams.
• Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Ensure inventory control, stock reconciliation and regular physical stock audits.
• Monitor e-commerce orders and ensure timely processing, packing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify).
• Prepare MIS reports on inventory, dispatch and stock movements.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Supervise staff and manage productivity.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager who can independently manage multiple warehouses and stores, along with end-to-end logistics and e-commerce fulfilment operations.

The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, warehouse operations, store coordination, shipment planning, dispatches, returns, logistics partners and warehouse/store staff management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple warehouses and stores.
• Coordinate with store teams for stock requirements, replenishment and stock transfers.
• Manage complete warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation and regular physical stock audits.
• Monitor e-commerce orders and ensure timely processing, packing and dispatch.
• Handle shipment delays, shortages, damages, RTOs and delivery-related issues.
• Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms as required.
• Plan inter-warehouse and warehouse-to-store stock movements.
• Manage and supervise warehouse, dispatch and store staff, including work allocation and productivity.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly MIS reports for inventory, dispatch, pending orders, returns and stock movement.
• Implement and maintain proper SOPs, systems and processes for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and shipment performance.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and E-commerce teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain or E-commerce operations.
• Must have experience handling multiple warehouses and stores.
• Strong experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Good understanding of logistics, transportation and shipment processes.
• Experience in e-commerce order fulfilment and marketplace operations will be preferred.
• Strong team-handling and staff-coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and preferably WMS/ERP software.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Should be hands-on, responsible and capable of independently managing operations.
• Candidates from E-commerce backgrounds will be preferred.
