Job summary

Fedus is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee e-commerce warehouse operations across multiple locations in India. You will drive inventory accuracy, optimize rack/bin systems, manage order processing, dispatch, and returns, and lead the warehousing team while implementing robust SOPs and reporting controls.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of WMS/OMS/ERP, and a proven track record in optimizing processes and solving problems to support fast-paced online

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations is essential.
• Ability to manage a warehousing team and coordinate across locations.
• Proficient with WMS/OMS/ERP systems and inventory control processes.
• Strong focus on accuracy, dispatch planning, and returns management.
• Ability to implement SOPs and generate clear reports to drive improvement.
