Dream Care is seeking an efficient Warehouse Manager (Online) to oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. The role emphasizes space optimization, accurate inventory management, and leading a team to meet daily productivity goals.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of online warehouse experience, strong MS Excel skills, and a proven ability to design efficient layouts, coordinate with drivers and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of proven work experience in online warehouse management or managerial role.
• MS Excel should be advanced level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc).
• MBA / B-Tech degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile data with Warehouse Management System.
• Design and implement efficient facility layouts to maximize storage capacity.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff; monitor performance.
• Enforce health, safety, and security protocols alongside local warehousing legislation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, transport partners, and drivers for timely delivery.
• Inspect warehouse machinery and tools; coordinate upkeep.
• Prepare operational metrics and productivity reports for senior management.

Job Brief

We are seeking an efficient and organized Warehouse Manager (Online) to oversee our receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will optimize space utilization, manage inventory accurately, lead a team of warehouse associates, and ensure that all daily processes run safely and smoothly to meet productivity targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile data with our Warehouse Management System
• Space Optimization: Design and implement efficient facility layouts to maximize storage capacity.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff while monitoring performance.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and security protocols alongside local warehousing legislation.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with clients, suppliers, transport partners, and drivers to secure timely delivery.
• Asset Maintenance: Inspect warehouse machinery and tools regularly to coordinate necessary upkeep.
• Reporting: Prepare regular operational metrics, dead stock statements, and productivity reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 08-12years of proven work experience in Online warehouse management or managerial role.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with inventory databases and specialized software.
• Leadership: Strong track record in workforce scheduling, conflict resolution, and staff motivation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for cross-functional collaboration with drivers and vendors.
• Problem-Solving: Proven analytical skills to optimize workflows, handle stockouts, and lower operational costs.
• Education: MBA / B-Tech degree required; or Bachelors degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Computer Proficiency: It is mandatory that MS Excel should be advance level, like vlookup, pivot table etc.
