Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services seeks a Warehouse & Order Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse and e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces. You will manage stock, order processing, pick-pack-dispatch, returns, and courier coordination with a focus on jewellery SKUs. Experience with Shopify and backend systems is essential.

The role requires 36 years of experience in warehouse/e-commerce operations, and preferred exposure to jewellery or fashion goods. Immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce backend systems.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Warehouse & Order Manager

• Manage end-to-end warehouse and e-commerce order operations.
• Handle stock management, order processing, pick-pack-dispatch, returns, and courier coordination.
• Manage inventory accurately across Shopify and multiple online marketplaces.
• Ensure high order accuracy and timely fulfilment, particularly for jewellery SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

• Manage daily orders received through Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain packaging quality as per company standards.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.
• Track order status and resolve dispatch/courier-related issues.
• Maintain high order accuracy to minimise returns and customer complaints.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage, housekeeping, workflow, and safety.
• Handle inventory movement, stock placement, and SKU-level organisation.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs and report insights to management.
• Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and theft-prevention procedures.

E-commerce & Shopify Operations

• Manage the Shopify backend for order monitoring, tagging, inventory updates, and fulfilment status.
• Update and maintain stock across multiple online marketplaces.
• Coordinate with listing/content teams for new product launches and stock adjustments.
• Monitor payment status, COD verification, and fraudulent order checks.
• Work with fulfilment apps, invoicing tools, and warehouse management software.

Returns & Exchange Management

• Manage customer returns, quality checks, and restocking.
• Maintain records of damaged, lost, or defective products.
• Coordinate with the customer support team for timely resolution of return/exchange issues.

Team Management & Process Improvement

• Supervise warehouse assistants, pickers, and packers.
• Train team members on packing quality, SKU handling, and safety procedures.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve warehouse speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Track key operational KPIs including:
• Order accuracy
• Dispatch time
• Inventory health
• Team productivity

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any stream.
• 36 years of experience in warehouse management, order management, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or small-item product categories is preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Shopify and e-commerce backend systems.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of fulfilment software and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Experience with barcode systems and inventory management tools.
• Experience working with courier aggregators such as:
• Shiprocket
• NimbusPost
• Pickrr
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager is mandatory.
• Candidates currently working in Executive-level positions are requested not to apply.
• E-commerce experience is mandatory; candidates without relevant e-commerce experience will not be considered.
