Job summary

24x7 Corporate Solutions is seeking a senior Supply Chain professional in Chennai to lead end-to-end fulfilment across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels.

You will drive warehousing operations, inventory accuracy, and 3PL partnerships while coordinating with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution. Strong ERP experience is required and a focus on OTIF improvements will be essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Warehousing & SCM industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Logistics Planning, SCM, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, warehousing, inventory, dispatch, and delivery operations across B2B and B2C channels.
• Drive e-commerce fulfilment, including order processing, SLA adherence, returns, and customer escalations.
• Manage relationship with Amazon, Flipkart, Mesho, Blanket, Instamart, Zepto etc.
• Manage distributor order fulfilment, stock allocation, replenishment, and service levels.
• Ensure optimal inventory availability and accuracy across warehouses and distribution points.
• Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, finance, logistics partners, and warehouses to ensure seamless order execution.
• Manage 3PL/transport partners and monitor delivery performance, costs, and service levels.
• Identify process improvements, reduce fulfilment costs, and improve OTIF performance.
• Track and report key supply-chain KPIs including inventory turns, order cycle time, fulfilment accuracy, returns, and logistics costs.
