Job summary

Visage Lines Personal Care is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations lead to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. You will ensure timely order processing for B2B, B2C, and marketplace channels while optimizing capacity and efficiency.

You will drive FIFO/FEFO, manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and mentor a team to meet KPIs. Collaboration with Procurement, Planning, and Logistics is essential for seamless operations and future expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 810 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in managing large warehouse operations, inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong leadership, people management, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience driving operational excellence and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure timely processing of B2B, B2C, and marketplace orders as per SLAs.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Minimize inventory discrepancies and maintain stock integrity.
• Drive FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of all inventory.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Plan manpower allocation based on daily operational requirements.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping through 5S implementation and safety compliance.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including Inventory Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, Dispatch TAT, Productivity, Order Accuracy, and Cost per Order.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Work with transport partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Support new warehouse projects, automation initiatives, and operational expansion.

• 810 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or E-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in managing large warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, people management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
