Job summary

Magadh Techno Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations. The role focuses on managing inventory, order fulfilment, dispatch, returns, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of ecommerce warehouse experience, with hands-on knowledge of WMS or ERP systems (Unicommerce).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, commerce, or related field.
• Certification in SCM or logistics is a plus.
• Experience 3-5 years in ecommerce warehouse ops.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ecommerce warehouse operations.

Job Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, order fulfilment, dispatch, returns, warehouse staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete warehouse operations for ecommerce orders.
• Supervise inbound and outbound inventory processes.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, QC, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Handle returns (RTO), exchanges, damaged products, and reverse logistics.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics vendors.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory variance, and

productivity.

Required Skills
