Job summary

Sun Pharma in Mirza, Assam invites applications for a warehouse/CKD-related role to manage receipt, storage, and dispensing of raw and packing materials. The incumbent will ensure cGMP-compliant handling, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with production for PO and BMR arrangements.

The position emphasizes material verification, QC releases, equipment calibration, and strict adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of Raw, Packing & Miscellaneous Materials as per cGMP norms.
• Online documentation related to warehouse.
• Coordinate with production for PO & BMR arrangement.
• Arrangement of materials & cleaned accessories for dispensing.
• Area cleanliness & area monitoring of dispensing area as per SOP.
• Raw materials releases from QC as per requirement.
• Retest due materials releases from QC as per requirement.
• Dispensing of Raw and Packing materials as per SOP.
• Verification & calibration of weighing balances.
• Ensure all the material storage conditions are maintained as per prescribed limit.
• Handling of rejected / Expired materials.
• Physical stock checking of RM/PM as per SOP.
• Instruments or equipment of warehouse shall be in operation condition as per SOP.
• Follow EHS norms as per safety policy.
• Any other responsibility assigned by immediate superior or head of department.

3Responsible & ensure online documentation related to warehouse.

4To co-ordinate with production for PO & BMR arrangement.

5Responsible for arrangement of materials & cleaned accessories for dispensing.

6Responsible & ensure for area cleanliness & area monitoring of dispensing area as per SOP.

7Responsible for Raw materials releases from QC as per requirement.

8Responsible for retest due materials releases from QC as per requirement.

9Responsible for dispensing of Raw and Packing materials as per SOP.

10Responsible for Verification & calibration of weighing balances.

11To ensure all the material storage conditions are maintained as per the prescribed limit.

12Responsible for handling of rejected / Expired materials.

13Responsible for physical stock checking of RM/PM as per SOP.

14To ensure all the instruments or equipments of warehouse shall be in operation condition as per SOP.
