Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP-compliant warehouse operations.
• Maintain records for temperature, cleaning, and calibration.
• Coordinate with QA and QC for release status of materials.
• Receive, dispense, and issue raw, packaging, and consumable materials.
• Prepare GRN accurately and timely.
• Periodic qualification of equipment and areas.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of all raw materials, packaging materials, and consumable materials and timely preparation of GRN.
• Dispensing of raw materials, packaging materials and consumable materials and maintain the record as per GMP.
• Receipt of drug substance and issuance to manufacturing accordingly.
• Maintain all the warehouse related records like temperature, cleaning, balance verification and calibration etc.
• To co-ordinate with QA & QC department for status of tested materials to be release for use.
• Handling of material as per status and storage condition.
• Stock taking of all materials and DS as per schedule.
• Handling of rejected and expired materials.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the area and maintain record for the same.
• Periodic qualification of existing equipment and qualification of new equipment as per schedule & procedure.
• Qualification of existing and new area as per schedule & procedure.
