Job summary

Responsibilities

Ensure receipt and on-line documentation of materials per SOP.
Maintain all operating systems per SOP and store conditions.
Store materials per updated storage conditions and location.
Perform daily balance verification and environmental monitoring.
Coordinate with QA, SCM, production and other depts for smooth stores operations.
Conduct monthly EHS self-inspections and ensure zero accidents.

Job Description:

Ensure receipt and on-line documentation of the materials received as per SOP.

Ensure all the operating systems are maintained as per the SOP.

To receive the materials as per the amended approved vendor list.

To store materials as per the updated storage conditions/ storage location.

Ensure no loss of production due to non-availability of dispensed materials.

Ensure clearance of obsolete, rejected and Artwork change materials on timely basis withcoordination with Planner.

Ensure daily verification of balances and environmental monitoring within the department as perrequired specifications and limits.

Ensure to carry out GMP self-inspection within the department once in a month and compliance onthe observed deviations.

Ensure no major observation during internal as well as external audits

Ensure 100% compliance to the existing and no unplanned deviation on the shop floor

To review and correct gaps between SOP and policies and also implement the audit (internal &external) findings.

To maintain the statutory compliance with government authorities.

To control expenses as per the budget.

To reduce Losses during Material Handling.

Regularly follow-up with SCM for slow moving /non-moving inventory of PM.

Regularly follow–up with SCM for obsolete material and take corrective action.

Ensure physically stock verification of PM as per quarterly.

Training to be imparted within the department related to SOPs as well as behavioral. (Allwarehouse employees).

Second line development – at least one person to be developed as second line within thedepartment.

To ensure zero accident in the warehouse.

To conduct EHS self-Inspection audit every month.

To Maintain Safety norms in the plant complying with statutory requirements (Safetyawareness/reediness at all level).

Disposal of obsolete / Artwork change materials as per existing statutory compliance.

To ensure proper maintenance of warehouse related office equipment’s & infrastructure.

To ensure good housekeeping and arrangement of PM as per regulatory guideline.

To ensure timely AMC of all warehouse equipment’s/Machinery.

All incoming materials related to Ethiopia shall be monitored & control at the warehouse afterreceipt, any query related to documentation for Ethiopia to be resolved in coordination with supplychain/Purchase.

Re-enforcement of general discipline in stores and enforcing interpersonal relation with all internaland external customers

Develop and improve stores system (updating of all warehouse procedure to meet internationalstandards)

Receipt of Raw Material for main Pharma stores.

SAP data entries like GRN, Issuance, Transfer posting, reservations, SAP report generation etc.

To check the environmental parameters like Temperature, RH, pressure difference etc.

Daily verification of weighing balance and daily documentation.

Reconciliation of materials. Stock verification with internal and external auditors.

Maintain of Rack location in SAP as per physical.

Preparation of packing list and keep ready the material for Ethiopia.

Dispatch of material to Loan license and Ethiopia plant.

Co-ordinate with quality control / production / maintenance /QA / SCM/ Purchase / Contract Mfgetc.depts. For smooth functioning of stores activities.

Compliance to cGMP with respect to regulatory standards.

Maintaining the proper housekeeping in Stores area.

Training attends as per schedule.

Revise or change the Store SOP for comply to any Audit/ for as per time schedule.

Material loading/loading of Rifampicin at Rifampicin mfg./store area.

As and as required goes to Cephalosporin & Penicillin area for un loading and loading Material.

Ensure all the operating systems are maintained as per the SOP.

Check the environmental condition of dispensing area, RLAF diff. pressure and record the same.

Calibration of all weighing balances with standard weights and record the same in the respectiveformat.

Dispense the Raw materials as per SOP, batch wise in presence of production supervisorDispensing done according to BMR. Make the batch wise SS cage trolley and transfer it into stagingroom and all left over raw material are clean from outside and transfer it into transit zone.

Release the process order in SAP for dispensing of material and generate weighing slip.

Ensure no loss of production due to non-availability of dispensed materials.

Ensure clearance of area for dispensing of materials on timely basis with coordination with QA /Production.

Ensure 100% compliance to the existing and no unplanned deviation on the shop floor

To verify and review periodically of SOP as per requirements and actual practice

Distribute the work to dispensing supervisors to issue the material to production department intime and completion of all dispensing activities as per production requirement in time to full-fillProduction Plan.
