Job summary

Sun Pharma in Palashbari, Assam, is seeking a warehouse professional responsible for receipt, storage, and documentation of materials in a cGMP-compliant environment. The role includes GRN preparation in LIMS, online warehouse documentation, and coordination with Purchase/PPIC for timely material delivery.

The candidate should have pharma manufacturing exposure, be comfortable with quality systems (CAPA, Change control, deviations), and support EHS and regulatory compliance in daily warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience with pharma manufacturing and cGMP norms is preferred.
• Familiarity with LIMS and online documentation practices.
• Understanding of regulatory norms and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt and handling of raw, packing, and miscellaneous materials per cGMP norms.
• Prepare GRN timely and ensure entry in LIMS system.
• Maintain online documentation related to warehouse and QC activities.
• Coordinate with Purchase and PPIC teams to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Monitor daily cold room temperature records and ensure storage conditions meet SOPs.
• Initiate QMS documentation (Change control, Deviation, CAPA) and coordinate with QA.

Job description

1 Responsible for Receipt of Raw, Packing & Miscellaneous Materials as per cGMP norms.

2 Responsible for Preparation of GRN on time and same to be entered in LIMS system.

3 Responsible for all time readiness for inspections by continuous monitoring of cGMP & regulatory norms.

4 Responsible & ensure online documentation related to warehouse.

5 Responsible for preparing shortage of packing materials as per RFC.

6 Responsible for initiation of Packing materials PRs as per shortages & co-ordination with Purchase team for delivery.

7 Responsible for preparation of STO / PO for internal units transfer materials.

8 Ensure that, the proper review of deviation, change request documentation, risk assessment and CAPA in consultation with responsible person involved in the activity and quality assurance.

9 Co-ordination with purchase and PPIC team for material delivery on time.

10 Responsible to daily cold room temperature data monitoring.

11 Responsible for issuance of Packing material as per cGMP norms.

12 To ensure all the material storage conditions are maintained as per the prescribed limit.

13 Responsible for handling of rejected / Expired material.

14 Responsible for preparation of MDNs of Obsoleted, Rejected & Expired materials & destroy it after approval in MDN flow as per SOP.

15 Responsible for staking the material as per respective location.

16 To ensure timely arrangement of packing materials with support of purchase team as per packing requirement.

16 To ensure area cleanliness of warehouse as per SOP.

17 To ensure all the instruments or equipments of warehouse shall be in operation condition as per SOP.

18 Responsible for quarterly return submission to NDPS department of Psychotropic substances.

19 Responsible for initiation of QMS documentation like Change control, Deviation and CAPA.

20 Responsible for department training coordinator.

21 Responsible for follow EHS norms as per safety policy.

22 To ensure monthly return submission of Alcohol to government authority

23 To ensure proper maintain of Engg. Stores.

24 To ensure daily scrap vehicle removal from plant to approved vendors.

25 Ensure the adequate manpower availability in the department ,training to the new recruited staff and time to time support and guidance to perform work smoothly.

26 Admistratively responsible for scheduling of employee work disciplinary matter, identification their training need, Conductory training for person, one helping them progress in their carrier development.

Candidates having experience of Pharma Manufacturing background is preferred
