Job summary

Stanford Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to handle receipt, verification, and storage of RM, PM, and finished goods in a GMP/GDP-compliant facility in Himachal Pradesh. The role includes accurate stock recording in SAP/WMS, cycle counts, and timely material issuance to production.

Responsibilities cover QA-ready dispatch of finished goods, GRN preparation, SOP-aligned documentation, and strict adherence to EHS norms with proper housekeeping and material segregation

Responsibilities

• Material Receipt & Storage: Handle receipt, verification, and storage of RM, PM, and finished goods in compliance with GMP/GDP.
• Packaging Material Handling: Ensure proper storage, issuance, and reconciliation of PM as per batch requirements.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records in SAP/WMS; conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Issuance & Dispatch: Timely issuance of RM/PM to production and dispatch of finished goods post QA release.
• Documentation: Prepare GRNs, stock reports, and maintain warehouse logs in line with SOPs.
• Compliance: Follow FIFO/FEFO practices, ensure segregation of quarantined/rejected materials, and maintain environmental conditions.
• Coordination: Liaise with production, QA, QC, and SCM teams for smooth material flow.
• Safety & Quality: Adhere to EHS guidelines and ensure proper housekeeping in warehouse areas.
