Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM specialist to design, develop and deploy ITOM solutions. You will configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server components, and implement integrations with various monitoring tools.

The role requires scripting in JavaScript and experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services. You will work with cross-functional teams, participate in workshops, and document solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Deep understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, MID Server Architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Configure and maintain ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, and Operational Intelligence.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot MID Servers.
• Implement and maintain CMDB data model, governance, and data quality processes.
• Perform service mapping for business services and critical applications.
• Configure event rules, alert correlation, and integrations with monitoring tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and web services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and user training.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.
