Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to implement and configure ITOM suite components, integrations, and scripting. You will work on CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management to strengthen IT operations and service delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, scripting across Unix/Windows environments, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSAs)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM suite components.
• Configure and optimize CSDM and CMDB for accurate service mappings.
• Implement Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management to ensure accurate topology and monitoring.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with expertise in implementing and configuring ITOM suite components, integrations, and scripting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of infrastructure environments, monitoring tools, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• CSDM
• CMDB
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.
• Intermediate understanding of infrastructure environments.
• Scripting and RegEx expertise:
