Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
  • Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • Event Management
  • Orchestration
  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Configure and maintain MID servers, Discovery schedules, and patterns.
• Implement and manage Service Mapping for business services and applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Work on Event Management including alert correlation, event rules, and dashboards.
• Ensure CMDB health by managing:
  • Data normalization
  • Data reconciliation
  • CI relationships
• Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM modules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (ITSM, SecOps, DevOps).
• Participate in upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.
