Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires hands-on experience with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, plus a solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, MID Server configurations, and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM framework, and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with MID Server setup and integrations; ITSM process understanding.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITOM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
• Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors
• Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs
• Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements
• Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions
