Job summary

Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking an experienced ITOM specialist to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

The role requires 9+ years IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM, plus strong integration skills and the ability to mentor the team and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 9+ years IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Experience with MID Server setup and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong ITIL knowledge and REST/SOAP API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Define and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.
• Design integrations with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics).
• Architect event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.
• Mentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.

Job description

Experience: 8+ to 12+ Years (Shift Timing : 6 AM – Australia Shift)

Must Have Strong working expertise on – ITOM, Discovery, Event Management & Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including:
  • Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • Event Management
• Define and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.
• Design integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics).
• Architect event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.
• Provide expertise in service mapping strategies (top-down & bottom-up approaches).
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • ServiceNow Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • Event Management
• Deep understanding of:
  • Identification & reconciliation rules
• Experience with MID Server setup and management.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations workflows.
• Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CIS-ITOM
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM modules)
• Experience with AIOps / Predictive Intelligence / Event Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and monitoring tools integration.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong solutioning and architectural mindset.
