Job summary

Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking a senior ServiceNow ITOM architect to lead the design and delivery of ITOM solutions in a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on discovery, service mapping, event management, and CMDB governance.

You will drive integrations with SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, and AppDynamics, mentor the team, and ensure governance and security standards are upheld in a fast-paced client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong hands-on expertise in: ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Deep understanding of: Identification & reconciliation rules.
• Experience with MID Server setup and management.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations workflows.
• Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Define and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.
• Design integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics).
• Architect event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.
• Provide expertise in service mapping strategies (top-down & bottom-up approaches).
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.

Experience: 8+ to 12+ Years (Shift Timing : 6 AM – Australia Shift)

Must Have Strong working expertise on – ITOM, Discovery, Event Management & Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities
