Job summary

Jade Global seeks a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with extensive hands-on experience to lead deployments for external customers and deliver robust ITOM/CMDB solutions. As a ServiceNow Architect - ITOM, you will craft, configure, script, and drive the technical solution on the ServiceNow platform, refining requirements with the Platform Architect and completing development of the agreed-upon solution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with a broad range of ServiceNow Applications, such as ITSM, ITOM and CMDB.
• Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls.
• Extensive knowledge of ITOM operational aspects such as monitoring, performance management and automation.
• Extensive knowledge on ServiceNow Discovery, Service-Mapping, Cloud Governance, Event Management & Orchestration.
• Extensive knowledge with Maintain and manage CMDB, IRE, CMDB Attestation.
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration.
• Solve and repair common configuration issues.
• Build Prioritized Applications using Studio.
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.
• Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow.
• Deep technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub.

ServiceNow ITOM Developer with extensive technical and hands-on experience that includes a consistent track record of successful deployments for external customers.

As a ServiceNow Architect - ITOM, you will work to craft, configure, script, and lead the technical solution on the ServiceNow platform in order to ensure a successful deployment for our customers. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories), and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.

Key Qualifications:
