You will maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting daily and monthly targets. Compliance with policies and confidentiality is essential.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through polite and effective communication.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
