Job summary

Jconnect Infotech in Lucknow is seeking motivated US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, source candidates through portals and networks, and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

Qualifications

Jconnect Infotech Inc. is hiring motivated and target-driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

Location: Lucknow

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Experience

6 Months-2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work on multiple requirements while meeting daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in internal systems.
• Ensure quality submissions and timely closures.

Requirements

• 6 months-2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies and technical terminology.
• Experience with JobDiva, Bullhorn or similar ATS is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with recruitment experience from other industries may also be considered if they have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn US IT recruitment.
