Job summary

Ecosylantech Solutions in India is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter Lead to mentor a team of US recruiters and manage end-to-end US staffing operations.

The role covers sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, and closures, with a focus on delivering quality candidates and meeting client requirements. The position requires strong leadership and a willingness to work the US shift (7 PM–4 AM).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in US Staffing, preferably with team-handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment process and US staffing market.
• Experience managing recruiter performance and meeting team targets.
• Good understanding of job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Comfortable working in the US shift (7 PM 4 AM).
