• Minimum 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Understanding of W2, C2C, and Full-Time Hiring terms.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals for Contract, W2, C2C, and Full-Time positions.
• Work on Direct Client and Implementation Partner requirements.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants.
• Negotiate compensation and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
