Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)

We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters with expertise in supporting Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and

consistently deliver quality submissions within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Work on Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements.
• Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
• Screen candidates on technical skills, communication, visa status, and availability.
• Submit qualified candidates within client SLAs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Experience with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
• Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
• Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
• Experience with ATS tools and VMS portals.
• Excellent communication skills.
