Comtec in Hyderabad seeks a Senior USITW2 Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals for US-based clients with a strong focus on W2 hiring and direct client engagements.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in US IT recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. On-site role at Cyber Gateways, Hitec City, Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, specifically W2 hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Direct clients is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals for W2 positions across various technologies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations.
