The role requires experience in US IT staffing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with major job portals. Expect a fast-paced, incentive-driven environment with night shifts to align with US clients.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-driven recruiters to join our team and help drive talent acquisition and consulting operations in the US IT staffing market.

Bench Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to vendors and direct clients.
• Submit consultants to open requirements and negotiate rates.
• Build strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
• Track consultant submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain database and ensure consistent consultant marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.
• Understanding of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, EAD).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
