Datametrics Software Systems is seeking an energetic US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) to join our talent deployment team in Hyderabad. You will learn end-to-end US staffing dynamics by marketing bench IT consultants holding visas to prime vendors and clients across the United States, aiming to secure contract projects and minimize downtime.

You will actively market bench consultants, gather requirements from vendors, tailor resumes, and build relationships with Tier-1 vendors and recruiters

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business (BBA/MBA), Computer Science (BCA/B.Tech), or related stream.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills mandatory for interacting with US clients and vendors.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be fully willing to work US Night Shifts (e.g., 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
• Core Aptitude: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of MS Office and quick learning agility toward IT terminologies, US tax terms, and US visa types.
• Drive: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven team environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) to join our growing talent deployment team. In this role, you will learn the end-to-end dynamics of the US staffing ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be marketing our unassigned (bench) IT consultants (holding visas like H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, or US Citizens) to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients across the United States to secure contract projects and minimize consultant downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultant Marketing: Actively market the company's bench consultants using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), social media channels, and professional networks.
• Requirement Gathering: Search, identify, and harvest suitable IT job requirements from prime vendors, implementation partners, and email groups that match the skills of our bench consultants.
• Profile Preparation: Review, format, and tailor consultant resumes to align perfectly with specific client job descriptions using strategic technical keywords.
• Relationship Management: Initiate cold calls and emails to build new relationships with Tier-1 vendors, recruiters, and account managers in the US.
• End-to-End Cycle Management: Handle the recruitment funnel from initial contact, submission tracking, rate negotiation, to setting up interviews and closing placement deals.
• Data Tracking: Maintain clear daily and weekly reports of marketing activities, resume submissions, and interview statuses using MS Excel or CRM software.
