Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial auxiliary machines (plastics preferred).
- Strong understanding of auxiliary machines and industrial sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and convert potential clients within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell auxiliary equipment such as dryers, dehumidifiers, conveyors, mold temperature controllers, chillers, mixers, granulators, etc.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and product presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with service and operations for order execution and after-sales support.
- Maintain reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and territory performance.
