The role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, with responsibility for documentation, claims, and QMS record maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech - Electrical (EE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Mechatronics engineering from reputed institute.
• Experience: 2+ years in direct selling of industrial automation/engineering products.
• Essential Skills: Customer Relationship Management, Communication & Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills.

Responsibilities

• Building the SEW brand and value proposition in the market.
• Achieving sales targets to OEM/EU customers assigned.
• Ensuring service and application support to customers assigned.
• Collection of receivables and statutory forms.
• Identification and encashment of project business.
• Managing and developing relationships with customers.
• Forecasting and reporting of sales, trends, and competitor activities.
• Submission of all travel and other claims in a timely manner.
• Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department.
