Tech Mahindra Noida is seeking an International Customer Support specialist to handle chat, voice, and blended interactions. You will resolve queries with clear steps, maintain professional communication, and ensure high customer satisfaction while following defined processes.

The role requires minimum 6 months of experience, 5-day work weeks, rotational shifts, and cab facility. Office-based in Noida with walk-in interviews from 10:30 AM to 2 PM at Embassy Business Park area.
