Job summary

DevCare Solutions in Chennai is seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide a US IT recruitment group. You will mentor recruiters, own end-to-end US staffing processes, and drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets across the team.

The role requires 12+ years in team leadership, 5+ years in US IT recruitment, and familiarity with W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, and related visa concepts. C2H experience preferred; strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• 12+ years in Team Lead / Team Management.
• Experience mentoring recruitment teams.
• C2H experience preferred.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.

Responsibilities
