Job summary

Saxon Global Hyderabad is seeking a recruiter to source and identify candidates for US-based IT positions, conducting phone screens and evaluating fit for technical roles. You will assess skills, communication abilities and cultural alignment to shortlist strong fits.

You will coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, maintain candidate databases and trackers, and build lasting relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to meet targets while ensuring a positive
