Job summary

HireCarePro is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the complete end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle from understanding requirements to placing candidates.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and referrals, and align with clients on technical fit, timelines, and compensation. Strong communication and multitasking are essential across multiple requisitions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience recruiting for US IT positions such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical roles.
• Knowledge of US employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Familiarity with US time zones and recruitment scheduling.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, or other US IT sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
