Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruitment, strong communication, and familiarity with portals. MBA in HR is a plus; role is full-time based in India with daily targets and salary discussions handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
• Search for candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and discuss job roles, salary, experience and availability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage salary discussions, offer letters and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
