• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist in the onboarding process of selected candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring proces

About the Role
