Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professional in Navi Mumbai to manage the complete lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will source candidates via multiple channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams while negotiating offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes bulk hiring in BPO, lateral hiring, and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in BPO bulk hiring and lateral hiring across functions.
• Hands-on experience in walk-in drives, mass hiring events, recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Negotiate salary, discuss offers, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation activities for selected candidates.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

• Experience in BPO bulk hiring and lateral hiring across various functions.
• Hands-on experience in managing walk-in drives, mass hiring events, and recruitment campaigns.
• Strong sourcing expertise through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for timely position closures.
• Experience in vendor management and working with recruitment agencies/consultants.
• Good understanding of ATS and recruitment tracking processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
