Job summary

GyanTaal Institute of Advance Studies Pvt. Ltd. in Noida is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and build effective sourcing strategies.

The role focuses on sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, coordinating interviews with the hiring team, and delivering timely closures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and extensive experience in recruitment, with preference for EdTech hires.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing is highly preferred.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Experience in EdTech recruitment will be an added advantage.
