• Hire for entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level technical positions.
• Collaborate with business managers to define job requirements and craft impactful job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, headhunting, referrals, walk-ins, and campus drives.
• Maintain recruitment reports and provide updates to leadership on hiring progress.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
