ITM Group of Institutions is seeking an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team. The role requires strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally from a recruitment consultancy or staffing background, with availability to join immediately or within 15–20 days.

Candidates with excellent sourcing skills, hands-on use of Naukri and other portals, and a passion for hiring the right talent are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience for academic and non-academic roles.
• Hands-on with Naukri Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job portals, and social hiring.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
• Strong MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment MIS knowledge.
• Good data management and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage stakeholder communication and timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
• Publish and manage job postings across portals.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet hiring targets with quality of hire.

We are seeking professionals with strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably from a recruitment consultancy/staffing background, who can join us immediately or within 15 to 20 days.

• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions.
• Publish and manage job postings across multiple job portals.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, trackers, and hiring reports with high accuracy.
• Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Recruitment consultancy/staffing background will be preferred.
• Experience in bulk and lateral hiring.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 to 20 days will be given preference.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
