Job summary

K12 Techno Services in Kolkata is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews across multiple roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely closures.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in TA, strong sourcing skills on Naukri/LinkedIn, and good communication with stakeholders. EdTech/Education exposure is preferred. Onsite role with standard schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; HR specialization will be an added advantage.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
• Hands-on experience with Naukai, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions as required.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate information, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.
• Support background verification, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

About the Role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and a good understanding of sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management.

Experience in the EdTech/Education industry will be an added advantage.

Working Hours & Work Schedule :-

• Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day.
• Flexible Login: Candidates can log in anytime between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, provided they complete the required 8.5 working hours.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.
