Job summary

Acadecraft in India is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels, with a focus on EdTech/E-Learning roles.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, portals and referrals, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain trackers, and build a strong talent pipeline to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in EdTech/E-Learning recruitment.
• Experience with sourcing channels and dashboards.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions and levels.
• Handle niche and specialized hiring, particularly within the EdTech/E-Learning domain.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies based on hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring data.
• Track sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining, and closure metrics.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
• Candidates currently based in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
• Prior experience hiring for specialized EdTech/E-Learning roles will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong preference for candidates with EdTech / E-Learning / Education Services recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in niche and specialized hiring.
• Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets, MIS, trackers, and reporting. Ability to create clear and effective presentations and recruitment dashboards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of recruitment process discipline and basic process hygiene.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
