Propertypistol Realty is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive Talent Acquisition in Navi Mumbai (Juinagar/Turbhe) to own end-to-end recruitment across verticals. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers, manage offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Position: Executive/Senior Executive Talent Acquisition
• Location: Juinagar/Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business verticals and functions.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate hiring manager schedules, and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.

Preferred Skills

• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in lateral and volume hiring.
• Proficiency in Naukri, and other standard job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
